Vermont Spice Cookies

Christmas just wouldn’t be the same without these cookies.  This is a recipe passed down from my mom and I bake them every year.  Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.  This is just one of the traditions we have during the Christmas season.  I always make a double batch, but guaranteed they won’t last long in this house.  This family favorite is the ultimate spice cookie for the holidays.

These are not the spectacular decorated Christmas cookie that you normally see during the holidays. But let me tell you they definitely pack a punch with flavor! I like to sit by the fireplace , admire the Christmas tree, and eat these spice bombs with a big glass of milk. It’s just perfect.

I’ve included my YouTube video on my Vermont Spice Cookies along with the recipe in the video description. Have a watch. If you like this video, please consider subscribing to my baking/cooking channel. Happy Holidays! – Wendy
